At Trailmix.Net, we ship gifts every day.  Here are some steps that we take to make sure that your experience is perfect:

Gift Receipts:

When the shipping address on any order differs from the billing address, we will assume that your order is a gift purchase.  We will automatically send the receipt separately to your billing address.  In addition, we will also include a gift receipt (without any pricing information) with the package.


Special Labels (SL):

Would you like a special message to be attached externally to your package?  No problem.  Here is how you do it:

• Find the Order Notes field in Step 1 of the checkout process (it will be near the bottom of the page).
• Type the abbreviation SL and then type your message
• When we prepare your shipment, we will see your order note and the SL code and we will create a special label with your message.  This will be attached to the outside of the package below our shipping label.

Here are some common examples of how you might use the SL note:

SL: To Tommy From Aunt Sara.
SL: Please Do Not Open Until Christmas.
SL: Postman:  Please leave package at back gate.
